Very nice hotel. Clean with comfortable beds. All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Has a very nice pool area. The food at the on site restaurant isn't the best but there are other places to eat close by. The pizza at the restaurant is very very good, overpriced, but good.

Stayed for 4 nights in a suite (#300). It was great. The room looked directly onto the beach (ok I had to look over about 16 cars directly below) and the view was fabulous.

The room was large and had the whirlpool tub and king bed. The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and very reasonably priced. The outdoor lounge was great and the restaurant had a decent variety and was fairly reasonble in price. It did get a little busy with kids on the weekend but you have to expect that. Also note that when they get real busy you will not get anything quickly. The staff worked hard but just a few too many people for them to handle in the restaurant and pool lounge.
Parking is a like several reviews mention across the road unless you luck out. The pool was nice and there were a lot of lounge chairs on the pool deck, towels were harder to find. We also got a bonus as the Space Shuttle launch was visible from the entire area but we watched from the pool deck. From the pool deck it is down 5 or 6 steps to the beach and you are about 35 yards from the water at high tide. There is drive on access almost next door to the Holiday Inn so the beach rental guys are all right there as well as food vendors on the weekend.

I will absolutely stay here again. If you stay at Holiday Inn's you will know what to expect and then some. Hope this helps and post reviews yourself so we can all learn where to go and where not to.

The hotel was conveniently located right on the beautiful sandy beach. The pool was wonderful, warm and clean and towels were provided at reception.

We didn't find the area very friendly.

We found the hotel to be great. We booked it after having had a bad experience at another. We were very happy to have a very clean room with plenty of storage for all of our travelling stuff and a spacious bathroom. The room was on the 6th floor and faced the beach so the view was beautiful. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed.
The pool was a nice size and clean. It was nice to be sitting on a lounger facing the beach with a drink in our hand. The only thing missing was a pool light so that you could continue swimming when it became dark. For an inhouse restaurant it was good. At least we didn't have to leave. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. No need to take beach towels since they are provided for you at the front desk.
If you like to sleep in a dark room then take a sleeping blindfold because we only had sheers and when the sun comes up, it is very bright in the room.
A very nice stary and if we return to this beach I would not hesitate to stay here again.
