Facility is a little below average for an all inclusive. Rooms need updating as the fixtures are old. Not a typical Grand Palladium Resort. Food at the buffet was excellent. Booked the resort for 2 weeks to Dec.27th. Upgraded to the Royal Suites for the 2nd week ( 280 pesos or $28U.S. /person/day???). We were able to tour the suites and select our room before upgrading.
